A new UK Amiga group formed for Amiga enthusiasts in the Stamford and Peterborough area is to have its inaugural meet next month.

Members of the newly formed SPAG (Stamford & Peterborough Amiga Group) will be officially holding their first meeting SPAG 1: SPAG BALL on the 20th of October. Rather aptly, the venue for the meet is the Fleet Italian Comunity Centre in the heart of Peterborough.

With the nearest groups in Lincoln and Norwich (the mighty NAG), the area doesn’t have a place for like-minded Amiga enthusiasts to enjoy their shared passion for the mighty computer within a reasonable distance.

All are welcome, it’s FREE to attend and light refreshments will be served. So if you’re in the area and are interested in attending please reach out on the Facebook group, website or Twitter.

We’ll be there showing off some of our unique builds including our Plexi 500++ and an array of accelerated hardware. This first event is being organised and fully sponsored by Retro32.
