What do Moai simbolise?

Archaeologists suggest that the Moai statues are symbols of authority and power, both religious and political. Whatever they are, we think they’ll be a stunning and unique addition to any tank.

Note:

Over time as tank algae and discoloration occurs these will “weather” and blend into your tank. We’ll update this listing when ours age suitably to give you an idea of how they will look. Alternatively, these can be painted/coloured using fish safe paints. As per the listing, these can be supplied in either white or black.

These statues are produced from PLA – this is a thermoplastic polymer that is derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugar cane. This means that not only are these fish safe they are produced from renewable materials in the heart of Stamford, Lincs.

In order for these to “sink” to the bottom of your tank, we suggest that two holes are cut into the back of the statues to allow the air to escape. You may need to secure them below the gravel/substrate with a weight.
