If you’re follow us on Instagram (TheRetro32UK),  you might have seen the flurry of Amiga related posts over the past week. There’s quite a good reason for that.

My addiction with Facebook market place finally paid off with one of the biggest Amiga bundle pickups to date. The bundle consisted of over 40 Amiga Games, a beautiful Amiga 500 and a heap of accessorises together with some corking Commodore 64 titles.

As you can see from the photos below, we have some absolute classics! Highlights include Magic Pockets, Lotus Turbo Challenge 2, The Settlers and Sensible Soccer.

At present, I’m a little unsure on what to do with this lot but some titles have already been sold. These have already covered the initial purchase price. I’m still testing and researching all the titles to make sure they work and how much they might make on Ebay.

We also managed to secure an Amiga 600 in a pickup last weekend. Unfortunately, it was bought “untested” and doesn’t work. Fear not! It’s already on it’s way over to Steve @ https://www.amigapassion.co.uk for a full recap and repair. Once she’s back I’ll be in possession of the whole “keyboard” computer collection. This includes a

  • 500+
  • 600
  • 1200
  • CD32

Whilst I’d love an Amiga CDTV, I’ll wait for a local pickup at the right price. Retro collecting isn’t something you rush unless you have very deep pockets.
