Browsing eBay after a few beers is never a great idea. Who knows what bids or purchases you’ll wake up to in the morning. Thankfully this time I enlisted my blind faith in this £69 disgusting Amiga 500, in all its grotty, unloved and untested glory.
The 500 is renowned for being bulletproof but just look at the state of this thing. It makes me sad to think that this and so many Amiga are left abandoned in attics and lofts throughout the world. Just a shadow of their former glory.
In the first video of our £69 Amiga 500 project, we turn the machine on for the first time and see just what we’ve got ourselves in for. Fingers crossed!
