The GOEX is a floppy drive replacement for the Commodore Amiga 500 / 600/ 1200 that lets you load ADF files on a real Amiga via an SD card. What makes it different from the popular GOTEK drive is that it is designed specifically for the Amiga 500 / 600/ 1200. GOEX drive is fully compatible with FlashFloppy firmware and the entire Gotek HW eco-system, therefore, you can make use of our stunning 2.4″ displays.

Connecting an OLED Display

One issue that users could encounter when connecting a display to the GOEX is that its display header pinout does not match the standard pin order of OLED displays. Because the board does not label the pins, this can lead to confusion when wiring the display. To address this, we confirm the correct pinout for users, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free setup.

Display pins as shown below (Key 1)

  • 1 – VCC
  • 2 – GND
  • 3 – SCL
  • 4 – SDA
